Information on the most effective methods of contraception, including long-acting reversible contraception (LARCs), hormonal implant, hormonal injection, IUD, the pill (oral contraception), vaginal ring, condom, diaphragms (barrier methods) and emergency contraception. You can use different methods of contraception to prevent pregnancy when you have vaginal sex with a man. You have the right to use contraception and choose a method that works best for you.
