Use this webpage if you live in NSW. This webpage explains the rights of parents who are working with NSW Community Services.
It says you have the right to fair treatment, to get legal help, and to understand reports and other papers about you and your child. It also explains your right to ask for information in ways that help you understand, and to have a support person or advocate in meetings.
