A fact sheet guiding people on how to access mental health support in Australia.

It covers two key pathways — via a GP referral (with Medicare rebate options) or booking privately — and lists the types of mental health professionals available.

It also includes 24/7 crisis lines, family violence support services, and notes that free interpreter support is available through TIS National (131 450).
