This factsheet explains what coercive control is and how people who use coercive control might use digital technology as part of their abusive behaviour, which is known as technology-facilitated coercive control or tech-facilitated coercive control. It includes a list of some of the signs of technology-facilitated coercive control, a case study to help know how to recognise these signs, and how to seek help.
