Standard 3.2.2A overview (NSW)

This resource from the NSW Food Authority outlines new food safety requirements under Standard 3.2.2A for NSW, effective from December 2023, for Australian food service, catering, and retail businesses handling unpackaged, ready-to-eat food.

Businesses must implement food safety management tools such as a food safety supervisor, food handler training, and evidence of critical food safety controls.
