Standard 3.2.2A overview

This resource outlines new food safety requirements under Standard 3.2.2A, effective from December 2023, for Australian food service, catering, and retail businesses handling unpackaged, ready-to-eat food. Businesses must implement food safety management tools such as a food safety supervisor, food handler training, and evidence of critical food safety controls.
