This report presents evaluation findings from the Second Independent Assessment (IA) Pilot. It covers the participants' experiences and how they find the independent assessment process; the perspectives of independent assessors on the tools and their support needs; and whether participants feel their IA accurately reflects what they told their assessor and their functional capacity.
