Embrace Project: Understanding mental health - Swahili (video)

This video was created by members of the Congolese community in partnership with the Albury Wodonga Ethnic Communities Council (AWECC).
It provides culturally appropriate explanation of mental health, mental illness, the harm of stigma, and the importance of seeking support. It encourages compassion, and early action, and also shares key support contacts for those in crisis.
