Asthma Action Plan (video)
An Asthma Action Plan is a personalised guide written with your doctor to help you manage your asthma and respond to flare‑ups or attacks. It outlines your triggers, symptoms and treatment steps, and provides clear instructions to help prevent and control symptoms, including in an emergency.
Asthma Australia also has an Asthma Education Flipchart which is a patient education tool covering asthma management, medications, devices, action plans and first aid. It is available digitally in English, with printed hard copies available to order in English, Arabic, Chinese and Vietnamese here.
