Kids Health developed a portable pool safety brochure titles "Kids Can Drown Without a Sound" based on focus group feedback conducted by Multicultural Health Communication Service (MHCS) to raise awareness of the safety issues associated with portable swimming pools and the legal requirement for fencing to English and non-English speaking community groups.
