Receiving child support when the other parent lives overseas (bilingual version)

The Australian Government Department of Human Services (Human Services) has arrangements with a number of countries under International Conventions and Agreements. This means if the other parent of your children lives in one of these countries, we can ask them to pay Child Support. We may also ask the relevant overseas authority to collect payments.
